The structure, which can be defined as eco-green thanks to the high standards of thermal insulation and its operation through the use of exclusively electrical energy, largely self-produced by photovoltaic panels, is composed of two communicating areas: one with three floors, in which there are studios/two-room apartments that can accommodate up to two adults, and a two floors area, in which the family apartments have been created for a maximum capacity of 4/5 adults. The structure is completed with 4 electric vehicle charging stations, a large common area with access to the Wi-Fi network for smart working and an outdoor play area equipped for the little ones.

Furnished with top quality and design materials, equipped with accessories that enhance your stay, such as the modern kitchen complete with the best appliances, dishes, set of pots and pans, espresso coffee machine with pods. The living room is furnished with a 43″ TV, a comfortable sofa, a rough wood table.
The double bedroom includes a second change of linen and in the windowed bathrooms a courtesy set with shower gel and shampoo, a hairdryer and a comfortable infinity shower with a glass box.
On request, it is possible to add the necessary for your child such as a cot and a high chair. Independent units, very bright with smart home automation management, Wi-Fi, soundproofed, equipped with mosquito nets, all to amplify your comfort and usability.
